Note Call Center Software Companies: Salesforce Community Cloud Recognized as a Strong Performer by Independent Research Firm

Salesforce (NYSE: CRM), the Customer Success Platform and world's #1 CRM company, today announced Salesforce Community Cloud was recognized as a strong performer by Forrester Research in its report, The Forrester Wave: Partner Relationship Management (PRM) Platforms, Q3 2016.

Salesforce received the highest scores among all vendors (including call center software companies) in both the strategy and market presence categories.
