Made up of three solutions, Universal Application Network, Data Quality and Universal Customer Master, this integrated application family improves cross-sell and up-sell efforts by providing a complete picture of the existing customer relationship.

Siebel Customer Data Integration streamlines business processes by eliminating manual rework and reduces costs by centralizing the management of customer data. The applications work together to improve risk management by aggregating customer risk exposure across product lines and business units.

Siebel Universal Application Network

Part of the Siebel Customer Data Integration family, Oracle’s Siebel Universal Application Network helps organizations rapidly and easily deploy end-to-end business processes-for example, quote to cash and service provisioning. The result is faster, better, and more agile business performance that contributes to a better customer experience, increased revenue, and lower operating costs. UAN includes three main components: UAN Integration Processes, UAN Common Objects, and UAN Transformations.


Siebel Universal Customer Master

Part of Siebel Customer Data Integration solutions, Oracle’s Siebel Universal Customer Master is a comprehensive customer data hub that unifies customer data across multiple business units and functionally disparate systems. It’s a software solution that takes the complexity out of maintaining clear, accurate customer data to provide a trusted, authoritative source of customer information across the enterprise. Using prebuilt integration components, the application takes the complexity out of the manual maintenance of clear, accurate customer data.

Siebel Data Quality

Oracle’s Siebel Data Quality improves the quality of your customer data by providing the capability to identify duplicate customer records. It also offers pre-built integration to third-party data cleansing tools. This application’s matching server function allows you to search, match, and identify duplicate customer records based on key customer attributes such as name, address, date of birth, Social Security Number, or tax ID number. This advanced functionality is available for multiple countries, languages and character sets. An additional feature, data quality connector, is a generalized interface that is capable of making real-time and batch requests to an external data-cleansing engine.
