Founded in 2001, Promero is an expert in call center software. Promero is an authorized reseller and hosting provider of the industry’s top brands.  Promero began by hosting and providing one of the first cloud based call center software’s, CosmoCall Universe created by Cosmocom, Inc.

Shortly afterwards, Promero expanded its product portfolio with a call center product known as Call Center Anywhere created by Telephony@Work, Inc. In 2007, Oracle purchased Telephony@Work.  In 2009, Enghouse Interactive purchased Cosmocom.
