My name is Cameron Holden and I am Promero's VP of Sales. Let me take this opportunity to introduce myself and to introduce you to Promero's monthly customer bulletin. This will be a forum for us to share important Contact Center business information to you, our customer base. Welcome.
This month, I wanted to touch base on two important items. Firstly, Promero is in the process of upgrading to Oracle's Contact Center Anywhere Version 8.1.1. We have V8 up and running in our datacenter and we are working with our customer base to move to the new version over the course of the next several months. Our number one objective is to ensure a smooth transition with no unscheduled downtime and we look forward to enabling you with the new features that Version 8 brings.
Secondly, an important feature of this customer bulletin is the Product of the Month area.
