Tier II SUPPORT SERVICES
If you require a higher level of assistance, Tier II Support gives you all the benefits of Tier I Support plus an added level of personalization. Your account manager is responsible for your overall satisfaction and serves as your single point of contact with Peak10 NETWORKS.
In addition, your sales representative will provide you with quarterly reporting and annual reviews at your request.
Tier III SUPPORT SERVICES
