ProStar CRM Lead Management
ProStarCRM enables sales, marketing, and support organizations to manage their customer interactions more efficiently and profitably. It is intended for both large and small companies worldwide. There are three modules that provide lead management functionality with ProStarCRM. ProStar Lead Manager lead distribution module , Leads module, and Opportunity module.
The ProStar Lead Manager module provides the administrator to create web based surveys without the need of a software or HTML developer. Web surveys can be used on any website to capture customer information. It also can be used internally in a sales or call center environment to database customer contact and requested information. The ProStar Lead Manager survey is integrated with the CRM. Lead survey information is databased and automatically routed to the appropriate individual. Sophisticated filtering, routing, time based directions, geographic, and arithmetic rules can be applied to each survey for distribution.
Once the lead data is sent to the right agent, the information is automatically loaded into the CRM for the agent to review and act upon. If the lead is determined to be a real sales opportunity, the lead is easily converted to an opportunity. Sales opportunities are tracked through the entire sales process through the Opportunities module. Every aspect of the process can be monitored by supervisors and reported upon via the dashboard and reporting tools.
