Unlike other technologies Firefly does not require any plug-ins or Active X controls so your staff will be able to use the process guides without any need to download additional software.

Drive Integration
Firefly has been designed with integration in mind. It can push and pull information to and from multiple systems, providing dynamic content which is simple and easy to follow. Firefly can also incorporate other systems, navigating users there and back once the task is completed. Complete orchestration of a process across multiple back end systems can be achieved so that accuracy and quality are guaranteed.
